Order Management
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
- To cancel your order, email info@kosherklaf.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Kosher Guarantee
Replacement for Non-Kosher Items
In the event that an item is received not kosher, KosherKlaf will offer a replacement. If an item is found to be not kosher (passul) upon receipt, please follow the steps below to apply for a replacement:

- Your order number
- A detailed explanation of why you believe the item is passul or not kosher
- A picture of the item, including a close-up of the issue

2Await approval If your claim is approved, we will confirm your shipping address and arrange for a replacement to be sent promptly.
Refunds
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for non-kosher items; instead, we offer replacements as described above.
For other eligible returns, refunds will be issued after the item has been received and inspected by our team.
