What happens after you refer someone
Referring someone takes about a minute, and there are only three steps involved. Select any step below to see exactly what happens at that point, what your friend needs to do, and when your reward is sent.
Step 1 of 3
You tell someone about KosherKlaf
Think of a friend, a family member, or someone in your community who is looking for tefillin, a mezuzah, a megillah, or any other STaM. Send them a message and let them know where you bought yours. We have already written that message for you, so the only thing you need to do is choose who receives it.
- The person you refer needs to be new to KosherKlaf.
- There is no limit on how many people you can refer.
Orders that qualify
Step 2 of 3
Your friend places their order and mentions your name
When your friend is ready to buy, they need to give your full name before they complete their purchase. This is the only way we can connect their order back to you, so it is worth mentioning when you first message them. Our team will confirm the referral on our side and note it against the order.
- Your full name needs to be given before the purchase is completed.
- It needs to be their first qualifying order with us.
How we track it
Your name
There is no code to remember and no link to click. Your friend simply tells us who sent them, which is how most people find us anyway.
Step 3 of 3
We send you your 5% reward
Once your friend’s order has been paid in full, we work out 5% of the qualifying product subtotal and send your reward to you. If they ordered a Sefer Torah or Sifrei Nach, we look at the order individually first and let you know where it stands.
- Calculated on the qualifying product subtotal only.
- Sent to you after the order has been paid in full.
- Sefer Torah and Sifrei Nach are reviewed case by case.
What the 5% does not cover
- Sales tax
- Shipping
- Inspections
- Repairs
- Other service charges
