Order Cancellations
● Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
● To cancel your order, please email info@kosherklaf.com with your order number and
cancellation request.
● If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Return and Refund Policy
We guarantee that all our products are 100% kosher at the time they are received. In the Event
that an item is received not Kosher, KosherKlaf will offer a replacement.
Replacement for Non-Kosher Items
If an item is found to be not kosher (passul) upon receipt, we will replace your order. To apply
for a replacement, please follow these steps:
1. Email info@kosherklaf.com with the following details:

• Your order number.

• A detailed explanation of why you believe the item is passul or not kosher.

• A picture of the item, including a close-up of the issue.

2. If your claim is approved, we will confirm your shipping address and arrange for a replacement to be sent.​
